Main Duties:
- Identifying competitors and consumer market trends;
- Developing communication strategies/planning promotions to stimulate sales;
- Ensuring product awareness and increasing demand for the product in the market;
- Brand introduction/development;
- Close communication with the sales and marketing team and developing a common strategy;
- Planning and implementing the purchase of a new collection;
- Determining the collection purchase budget for each upcoming season;
- Determining the cost and margin of products;
- Market and consumer research, monitoring the activities of competing brands;
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Knowledge of modern brands and fashion trends, taste and sense of style;
- English C1, Russian at a conversational level.
- Knowledge of office programs (MUST – EXCEL)
- At least 1 year of experience as a Brand Manager/Assistant.
- Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in the Fashion/Retail field
