Main Duties:

  • Involvement in the development and implementation of strategic plans for the development and strengthening of brands
  • Planning, control and analysis of the marketing budget
  • Definition and analysis of the target group of consumers
  • Analysis of sales dynamics, study of market trends and use of information in marketing activities
  • Planning, implementation, monitoring and analysis of sales-supporting campaigns
  • Research on the effectiveness of marketing activities carried out.
  • Close cooperation with the Sales and Purchasing Department
  • Cooperation with advertising companies, active involvement in the development of advertising concepts, designs and other materials
  • Effective implementation of marketing purchases
  • Development of brochures and other marketing materials and their periodic updating
  • Administration of social networks and websites
  • Preparation of presentations, advertisements and commercial proposals
  • Submission of monthly/quarterly/annual reports on the work performed and action plans to the management
  • Effective planning of the work to be performed, proper time allocation
  • Mastery of automotive terminology and constant familiarization with various changes and innovations about the product
  • Automotive spec. Familiarity with regulations and laws
  • Compliance with all internal company procedures and instructions

Requirements:

  • Higher education (preferably in marketing)
  • At least 2 years of work experience
  • Fluency in English and Russian
  • Proficiency in office computer programs at a consumer level
