Main Duties:

  • Coordinating the activities of the sales team and managing their daily processes
  • Preparing individual offers tailored to the objects sought by the Field Manager
  • Converting offers tailored to the leads into contracts –
  • The case must be brought to a contract, then the Sales Administrative Manager gets involved.
  • Personal and telephone communication with customers
  • In compliance with company standards
  • Leading communication with corps managers and participating in meetings
  • Presenting company services and products and answering customers’ questions
  • Offering additional services (elevator, cameras, cleaning, etc.)
  • Conducting neighborhood meetings, presentations and, if necessary, organizing surveys (door-to-door or online)
  • Ensuring coordinated cooperation with internal departments
  • Effective management of sales processes, information flows and data
  • Program accounting
  • Using the CRM system in accordance with company procedures
  • Responsible for the implementation of monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans
  • Delegating tasks to sales team members and monitoring their work
  • Determining ways to attract and interest new customers
  • For the purpose of long-term cooperation
  • Adhering to standard tariffs and reaching an agreement in non-standard cases
  • Achievement of sales With the manager

Requirements:

  • Higher education (preferably in business, marketing or communications)
  • At least three years of work experience;
  • Managerial experience is preferred
