Main Duties:

  • Manage the construction design process from start to finish;
  • Prepare project progress reports, control budget and cost estimates.
  • Cooperate with architects, project managers and subcontractors;
  • Quality control: Continuous assessment of the quality of construction materials, work to be performed, monitoring, construction safety control;
  • When implementing the project, if necessary, make changes to the project, perform engineering and technical analysis of the relevant changes. Prepare and discuss decision alternatives with the customer and project manager.
  • Ensure and evaluate compliance of completed facilities/stages with the project, confirm at the final stage.

Requirements:

  • Higher education: in construction/technical direction;
  • Must have knowledge of Autocad, MS Office.
  • Knowledge of building engineering systems: electricity, water, heating-cooling, ventilation.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills;
  • Knowledge of construction norms and technical requirements (Georgian and international standards ISO/BS/IBC/EN)
  • Knowledge of the full cycle of construction documentation.
