Main Duties:
- Development, management and monitoring of the company’s digital media channel development strategy.
- Daily monitoring of the proper functioning of the website, landing page, mobile application, various digital channels and neighborhood groups and, if necessary, elimination of shortcomings together with the developer.
- Management of the new website launch process and SEO optimization.
- Planning and management of digital marketing campaigns aimed at attracting customers and increasing brand awareness.
- Development of a segmentation strategy to find the right leads and subsequently obtain a high conversion rate.
- Evaluation and analysis of the effectiveness of digital campaigns, weekly reporting and submission of recommendations for improvement.
- Planning a social media content calendar with a content creator/social media manager, budgeting, content placement and advertising.
- Posting monthly reports in Facebook groups and mobile applications.
- Planning and managing digital advertising campaigns for Google Ads and Display Ads.
- Participating in selecting banner placements on various websites, sending visuals, monitoring placed banners and analyzing results.
- E-mail marketing.
- Integrating current trends in the field into daily activities.
- Performing other necessary tasks within the scope of competence, depending on work processes.
Requirements:
- Education in business administration/marketing is desirable;
- At least 5 years of experience working in a similar position;
- Thorough knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite;
- Knowledge of Google Ads and Analytics;
- SEO knowledge;
- English language proficiency at B2 level;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Organization and ability to plan and coordinate work;
