Main Duties:
- Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and preparing financial statements
- Implementing and enforcing sound accounting methods, policies and principles
- Coordinating with external auditors
- Improving systems and procedures and initiating corrective actions
- Achieving financial accounting objectives
- Creating and maintaining fiscal files and records to document transactions
- Preparing reports and financial analysis
- Actively participating in the monthly reporting process
- Performing monthly and annual closes
- Adhering to financial policies and regulations
- Participating in financial budget preparation and analysis in accordance with manager and group requirements
- Understanding tax legislation, regularly updating knowledge of tax regulations;
- Support the financial manager in developing tax strategies to defer or eliminate tax payments
- Timely filing of required tax returns
- Support in coordinating audits by various tax authorities
- Negotiating with tax authorities on tax payment issues
- Preparation of tax returns
- Identifying tax savings in potential procurement scenarios
- Providing daily primary documents and requests to external suppliers,
- Verifying posted data, requesting corrections of errors;
- Bonuses for calculating, verifying and paying partners;
- Cost analysis and confirmation of profit and loss and financial statement positions
- Fixed assets management
- Intercompany transaction management
- Active support in cost / sales analysis / operational analysis issues
- Data collection and confirmation for the budgeting process
- Preparation / management of administrative and contractual documents, communication with legal issues
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting, control, audit or tax advisory
- Master’s degree, preferably in economic sciences
- Analytical thinking skills
- Knowledge of tax law
- Knowledge of accounting
- Fluency in English (B2)
