Main Duties:

  • Finding potential customers and creating a customer base;
  • Planning and organizing meetings with potential customers;
  • Offering products to customers and conducting negotiations;
  • Studying customer demand and preparing an offer tailored to their individual needs;
  • Establishing reliable and solid partnerships with existing and new customers, increasing loyalty and satisfaction;
  • Thorough knowledge of the company’s field of activity (knowledge of existing brands and their technical characteristics);
  • Identifying existing shortcomings in the sales direction and working to eliminate them;
  • Performing the tasks of the immediate supervisor and reporting on the results to the manager.

Requirements:

  • Complete knowledge of the B2B sales process
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position is desirable
  • Communication level knowledge of English and Russian
