Main Duties:

  • Strategic management and development of the portfolio of international beer brands;
  • Definition and execution of positioning of international brands in the local market.
  • Development of annual marketing plans and budget management (ATL, BTL, Digital);
  • Market, customer and competitor analysis – use data to make decisions;
  • Collaboration with global brand and licensees to agree on marketing activities;
  • Close coordination with sales, distribution, communication and finance teams;
  • Monitoring of KPIs: brand awareness, sales, market share.
  • Preparation of presentations, reports and brand performance analysis for local and global stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in marketing, business or related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in the FMCG sector, preferably in the alcoholic beverages sector;
  • Good knowledge of brand management and strategic marketing principles;
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills;
  • Experience working with international brands is an advantage;
  • Fluent in English (oral and written);
  • Creativity, organization and teamwork skills.
