Main Duties:
- Strategic management and development of the portfolio of international beer brands;
- Definition and execution of positioning of international brands in the local market.
- Development of annual marketing plans and budget management (ATL, BTL, Digital);
- Market, customer and competitor analysis – use data to make decisions;
- Collaboration with global brand and licensees to agree on marketing activities;
- Close coordination with sales, distribution, communication and finance teams;
- Monitoring of KPIs: brand awareness, sales, market share.
- Preparation of presentations, reports and brand performance analysis for local and global stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Higher education in marketing, business or related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in the FMCG sector, preferably in the alcoholic beverages sector;
- Good knowledge of brand management and strategic marketing principles;
- Strong analytical and presentation skills;
- Experience working with international brands is an advantage;
- Fluent in English (oral and written);
- Creativity, organization and teamwork skills.
