Main functions and responsibilities:
- Management of daily processes on the site, control and organization of work groups;
- Construction quality control and compliance of the work performed with drawings and specifications;
- Detection of defects in the work performed and monitoring of its correction;
- Acceptance/handover of the work performed based on internal documentation;
- Control of compliance with safety standards on the site and monitoring the use of PPE;
- Construction resource management – receipt, distribution of materials and control of supplies. Initiation of replenishment of supplies as needed;
- Optimization of equipment and labor resources;
- Preparation of weekly/daily reports for the project manager;
- Production of work logs and acts;
- Recording of attendance, work performed and materials;
- Communication with contractors and subcontractors;
- Cooperation with technical supervisors and architects.
Qualification requirements:
- Technical or higher education in the construction field;
- At least 3-4 years of practical experience in site management;
- Experience in managing medium to large construction teams;
- Ability to read drawings and understand technical details;
- Optimal management of work schedules and resources;
- Knowledge of safety standards and experience in ensuring them.
