Main functions-responsibilities:

  •  Management and supervision of works on the construction site;
  • Planning, supervision and management of daily works;
  •  Requesting/allocating material/human resources for the site;
  •  Preparing orders for auxiliary materials required for the works;
  •  Submitting reports on changes/additions arising during the work to the project manager;
  •  Supervision of employees/subcontractors on the site and quality control of the work performed by them;
  •  Submitting periodic reports on the work in progress on the site to the management;
  •  Control of deadlines for the work to be performed;
  •  Control of material issued from the warehouse;
  •  Control of labor safety rules together with the safety officer.

Required requirements are:

  •  Knowledge of computer programs, especially MS Excel;
  •  Knowledge of labor safety rules;
  •  Ability to read/analyze design and construction drawings;
  •  Ability to produce construction documentation.
  •  Higher or professional technical education is preferred
  •  Experience in a similar position;
  •  Experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).”
