Main Functions and Responsibilities
- Ensuring the search for new suppliers, in accordance with the company’s priorities and interests;
- In order to facilitate the implementation of the company’s sales plans, obtaining the best conditions for production and shipment from suppliers, both in terms of price and logistics;
- Developing long-term and sustainable relationships with the company’s supplier companies, taking into account the interests of the company as much as possible;
- Constant comparison of product prices with competitors, regular monitoring of suppliers to obtain the best price;
- Quality control of the products sought for sale;
- Maintaining long-term relationships with existing suppliers and constant monitoring of prices, obtaining new additional conditions within the framework of the joint-stock agreement;
- Planning, implementation and control of the entire process of procurement; Control of accompanying documentation, contracts and invoices;
- Communication with transport companies, control of transportation and customs procedures;
- Organization of local procurement and cost control;
- All other duties directly related to the competence;
- Periodic reporting and submission to the immediate supervisor;
Qualification requirements:
- Higher education;
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of procurement; Experience in the international market is preferred.
- Experience working on medical products will be considered an advantage;
- Foreign languages: Fluent in English/Russian is mandatory, and knowledge of an additional language will be considered an advantage;
- High level of knowledge of office programs is preferred;
