Imagine a target with three concentric circles: in the center – why, then – how, and finally, the largest circle – what. This is the structure that shapes our understanding of leadership, inspiration, and success.
This model is often instinctively followed by successful people and organizations, those who achieve goals and inspire us. The reason and idea behind why it works is simple: people are attracted to what you do.

However, most people first tell others the “what.” For example: “We conduct professional training for HR specialists.” Some may add “how” and note that: “Our programs are designed to develop practical skills and are conducted using interactive methods.” But few start with what people really care about, the question “why”: “We believe that strong HR helps create strong organizations, and this requires practical learning.”
