Main function duties:

  • Involvement and leadership in the management of projects in different directions of the company;
  • Studying and analyzing project drawings, planning the sequence and compliance of the project with the construction schedule;
  • Communication with the parties involved in the company’s projects;
  • Within the framework of each project, together with the project managers, a detailed plan-writing schedule and performance control;
  • Within the scope of each project, research of the market value of personnel required for the projects, finding and contracting the brigades necessary for the company’s goals;
  • Control of timely supply of facilities with construction materials;
  • Determining the number of specialists, the tools to be used, the service of machines and mechanisms according to the written schedule;
  • Control of the correctness of the quantity of materials to be purchased;
  • Together with project managers, controlling the correctness of the correct distribution of resources on the construction site;
  • Making project decisions independently;
  • During the execution of works, production of daily, consistently written acts (journal) of construction works / taking care of production;
  • Verification of plans, drawings and volumes and inspection/control of the quality of the work performed. In case of defects, giving instructions to ensure their elimination.
  • In case of insufficient information, requesting this information, assessing risks and informing interested parties about risks and probable financial or technical results;
  • Planning the technical budget of the company, controlling the expenditure part;
  • Monitoring the destination/targeting of various financial transfers;
  • Coordinating the work of subordinate departments and supervising/controlling the work performed;
  • Initiating and implementing ideas to improve the quality of work of subordinate departments;
  • Preparation of different types of statements (reports);

Qualification requirements:

  • Higher education – in construction/engineering direction;
  • Knowledge of computer office programs;
  • Knowledge of programs: Autocad and Archicad;
  • At least 5 years of experience working in a similar position
