Financial Controller Responsibilities:

  • Strategic budget planning;
  • Monitoring and analyzing the execution and distribution of the budget;
  • Financial and operational management of the hotel;
  • Budget management, organization, and control;
  • Budget analysis and reporting;
  • Monitoring and analyzing corporate financial controls and standards;
  • Internal corporate control procedure implementation and supervision;
  • Qualification of financial results and presentation;
  • Product knowledge in order to efficiently analyze it;
  • Product presentation;
  • Observance of ethical conduct and compliance with corporate standards;
  • Control of production deadlines and visual presentation;
  • Compliance with sanitation norms.

Qualifications:

  • Higher education in economics, finance, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a leading budget or financial control position in the hotel industry;
  • Proficiency in Georgia’s budgeting and taxation regulations;
  • Knowledge of financial and operational analysis methods;
  • Experience in financial statement analysis;
  • Familiarity with office software (MS Office, SAP Business One solution);
  • Knowledge of English at the B2 level.
