Financial Controller Responsibilities:
- Strategic budget planning;
- Monitoring and analyzing the execution and distribution of the budget;
- Financial and operational management of the hotel;
- Budget management, organization, and control;
- Budget analysis and reporting;
- Monitoring and analyzing corporate financial controls and standards;
- Internal corporate control procedure implementation and supervision;
- Qualification of financial results and presentation;
- Product knowledge in order to efficiently analyze it;
- Product presentation;
- Observance of ethical conduct and compliance with corporate standards;
- Control of production deadlines and visual presentation;
- Compliance with sanitation norms.
Qualifications:
- Higher education in economics, finance, or a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a leading budget or financial control position in the hotel industry;
- Proficiency in Georgia’s budgeting and taxation regulations;
- Knowledge of financial and operational analysis methods;
- Experience in financial statement analysis;
- Familiarity with office software (MS Office, SAP Business One solution);
- Knowledge of English at the B2 level.
