Main Responsibilities of a Projects Manager:

-Ensuring technical and administrative oversight of manufacturing operations

-Coordinating general project coordination, pre-project research, and interaction with project stakeholders

-Managing multiple sites simultaneously and ensuring coordination and planning

-Monitoring project deadlines

-Maintaining continuous communication with physical and legal entities involved in the project

-Managing contractors, checking work and design quality, and handling change requests

-Ensuring the execution of all functions in accordance with the requirements of the requests

-Managing consultations and negotiations, project planning, and change request management

-Discussing and reviewing payment requests

-Reviewing and managing project reports and schedules written in contracts

-Client communication and handling complex decision-making processes

-Overseeing project initiation and completion, as well as monitoring the document management system

Qualifications:

  • A higher degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple manufacturing projects is necessary.
  • Proficiency in English (C1) is required.
  • Proficiency in Russian (B2) is preferred.
