Main responsibilities:

  • Proper management of bakery production workflow;
  • At the beginning of the working day, introducing the production plan, distributing it to employees and controlling the timely/quality execution of the work plan;
  • Management of production processes at the bakery facility with full compliance with technological standards;
  • Controlling the proper operation of the equipment and ensuring timely resolution of the issue in case of any defect;
  • control of the warehouse in charge, management of balances and production of relevant records;
  • Management of subordinates and efficient distribution of work;
  • Monitoring of compliance with hygienic and sanitary norms. to advise the production technologist of the company’s products;
  • control the production of products according to the established calculation;
  • checking of product sorting, storage, temperature and suitability stickers in compliance with standards;
  • Attendance recording of subordinate employees and delivery to HR department at the end of the month.

Basic requirements:

  • 1 year of work experience in the position of production manager/bakery manager/chef confectioner;
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs in the direction of retail/hospitality/confectionery retail.
