Main responsibilities:

  • Conduct complex market research to identify potential customers, partners and opportunities in the market.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales goals and expand market influence.
  • Develop and implement complex commercial strategies to achieve business goals and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners and industry representatives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospect identification and networking.
  • Leverage the best channels to maximize sales
  • Use advanced sales techniques to generate and close high-quality leads that increase revenue.
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences and exhibitions to promote our brand and identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiating and closing high value deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to make strategic decisions.
  • Providing regular reports and updates on business development activities, progress and results.

Qualification requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a commercial, business development or sales director role, preferably in the software development or technology industry.
  • Deep knowledge of the business landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain strategic relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ability to be self-motivated, goal-oriented and work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite and CRM programs.
