Main responsibilities:
- Conduct complex market research to identify potential customers, partners and opportunities in the market.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales goals and expand market influence.
- Develop and implement complex commercial strategies to achieve business goals and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners and industry representatives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospect identification and networking.
- Leverage the best channels to maximize sales
- Use advanced sales techniques to generate and close high-quality leads that increase revenue.
- Representing the company at industry events, conferences and exhibitions to promote our brand and identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiating and closing high value deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to make strategic decisions.
- Providing regular reports and updates on business development activities, progress and results.
Qualification requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a commercial, business development or sales director role, preferably in the software development or technology industry.
- Deep knowledge of the business landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to create and maintain strategic relationships with clients and partners.
- Ability to be self-motivated, goal-oriented and work independently.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite and CRM programs.
