Main duties:

  • Evaluating data from various sources to inform pricing strategies and market trends.
  • Conduct competitor analysis of similar products and services to increase market share and profitability.
  • Scope of opportunities Identify ideal pricing structures and optimal price points based on market trends and industry conditions
  • Develop strategic pricing plans and processes to improve existing pricing structures
  • Applying statistical/mathematical modeling methods to determine potential impact of pricing strategy on profitability/sales of portfolio
  • Create reports showing different metrics
  • Effective communication of findings to appropriate departments within the company
  • Work with the sales and marketing team to determine the pricing structure for the company’s products
  • Address issues and concerns raised by team members regarding pricing proposals
  • Forecast revenue and market share based on market trends, product costs, profit margins and sales volumes.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing departments to develop and implement competitive pricing strategies.
  • Development of dynamic pricing tools, business models for effective response to changing market needs and trends
  • Maintain knowledge of pricing analysis methods and industry trends.
  • Provide support to other commercial departments in all matters related to data analytics and reporting
  • Preparation of various types of reports
  • Provide analysis of actual business performance and plans, particularly in the commercial area

Qualification requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (mathematics, statistics, finance, economics) MBA is a plus
  • At least 2+ years of experience in the same field (price analyst, data analyst, financial analyst)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VBA experience is a plus)
  • Technical and mathematical skills
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis
  • Analytical and logical reasoning
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) software (SAP BO and MS Power BI is a plus)
  • Good knowledge of other MS Office software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Enthusiastic and active team player
  • Experience in FMCG industry is a plus
  • Fluency in English.
