Main Duties:
- Compilation of project cost estimates in compliance with construction norms and rules;
- Arranging technical documentation of the project;
- Checking the specifications of the materials based on the design drawings;
- Price research of materials and works to be used within the scope of the project;
- Processing of acts of completed works (form #2) and bringing them into the appropriate form;
- Extraction of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from the project, processing and delivery to relevant services;
- Processing project specifications with the chief engineer in order to optimize prices;
- Communication with customers, project manager and engineers in order to determine the technical task;
- Making adjusted cost estimates, calculations during changes.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a similar position is necessary;
- Higher education, preferably in economics and/or construction-engineering.
- Resource costing, Excel, should be able to read drawings.
- Knowledge of the English language is desirable.
