Main Duties:

  • Compilation of project cost estimates in compliance with construction norms and rules;
  • Arranging technical documentation of the project;
  • Checking the specifications of the materials based on the design drawings;
  • Price research of materials and works to be used within the scope of the project;
  • Processing of acts of completed works (form #2) and bringing them into the appropriate form;
  • Extraction of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from the project, processing and delivery to relevant services;
  • Processing project specifications with the chief engineer in order to optimize prices;
  • Communication with customers, project manager and engineers in order to determine the technical task;
  • Making adjusted cost estimates, calculations during changes.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a similar position is necessary;
  • Higher education, preferably in economics and/or construction-engineering.
  • Resource costing, Excel, should be able to read drawings.
  • Knowledge of the English language is desirable.
