Main Duties:
- Ensuring preparation of annual, quarterly and monthly procurement plan;
- According to the procurement plan and needs, selection and planning of the type of procurement;
- Ensuring the management of the procurement process in accordance with the plan within the framework of delegation;
- Agreeing with the director and placing under personal control of critical purchases;
- Ensuring the efficient operation of the procurement service;
- Management of subordinate employees/distribution of work;
- Ensuring the creation, updating and management of the supplier base;
- Ensuring negotiations with suppliers and potential partners;
- Monitoring of the fulfillment of the terms of the contract;
- Providing market research, price surveys for estimated cost;
- Establishment and management of the full cycle of procurement and logistics in the organization;
- Performing other tasks received by the immediate supervisor within the scope of competence
Qualification requirements:
- Higher education;
- Knowledge of English is mandatory, knowledge of Russian and Turkish will be considered an advantage;
- Experience of working in a similar position;
- Knowledge of office programs at a high level
