Main Duties:

  • Ensuring preparation of annual, quarterly and monthly procurement plan;
  • According to the procurement plan and needs, selection and planning of the type of procurement;
  • Ensuring the management of the procurement process in accordance with the plan within the framework of delegation;
  • Agreeing with the director and placing under personal control of critical purchases;
  • Ensuring the efficient operation of the procurement service;
  • Management of subordinate employees/distribution of work;
  • Ensuring the creation, updating and management of the supplier base;
  • Ensuring negotiations with suppliers and potential partners;
  • Monitoring of the fulfillment of the terms of the contract;
  • Providing market research, price surveys for estimated cost;
  • Establishment and management of the full cycle of procurement and logistics in the organization;
  • Performing other tasks received by the immediate supervisor within the scope of competence

Qualification requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • Knowledge of English is mandatory, knowledge of Russian and Turkish will be considered an advantage;
  • Experience of working in a similar position;
  • Knowledge of office programs at a high level
