Main function-duties:

  • New employee onboarding, product and process theoretical training, practical training planning
    Monitoring;
  • Monitoring the work process of subordinate employees, (periodically visiting the site of the objects in terms of the performance of work standards) helping to eliminate the problem if necessary;
  • Taking care of raising the qualifications of employees and improving their results;
  • Identifying defective devices, investigating the issue (including on-site visits), finding solutions, monitoring performance;
  • Communicating with Internet Service Providers to plan and monitor the installation of their devices to ensure continuous Internet connectivity for devices;
  • Control of warehouse stocks, subscription of necessary stocks, communication and negotiations with suppliers, finding new suppliers and/or components if necessary;
  • Warehouse inventory;
  • Issuance/recording of products from the warehouse;
  • Purchase/monitoring of work tools for technicians;
  • Monitoring/maintenance of company-owned vehicles;
  • Production/submission of weekly, monthly, quarterly reports;

Qualification requirements:

  • Team management experience;
  • Knowledge of the English language;
  • 4+ years of experience working in the technical direction, 1+ of them in a managerial position. Experience in security systems will be considered a priority;
  • Experience in communication with international (preferably Chinese) manufacturers, negotiations and delivery of parts (electrical components, door locking systems);
  • Experience in logistics (storage of parts, tool materials and inventory control);
