Main Duties:

  • Planning, managing, and controlling the processes required for real estate operations
  • Controlling the quality of services provided by service/contractor companies,
  • Coordination of insurance cases with the insurance company within the framework of real estate insurance, Loss management, coordination of the compensation process
  • Planning and controlling the implementation of annual operating budgets of real estate objects, optimization
  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of real estate management results
  • Active cooperation with local real estate maintenance teams and other involved colleagues

Qualification requirements:

  • Experience in real estate management, at least 3 years
  • It is desirable that the candidate has experience in managing several properties, including properties of different profiles (experience in office, commercial, and/or hotel is desirable Industry)
  • Higher education in a relevant field
  • Knowledge of computer office programs, including advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Knowledge of the English language
