Main Duties:
- Participate in the development and management of marketing plans, activities, policies and processes;
- Develop a strategy in the direction of corporate social responsibility, write an action plan:
- Conduct negotiations necessary for the implementation of various projects;
- Prepare cost estimates, submit for approval;
- Communicate with the personnel participating in the project, distribute work tasks, ensure involvement, implementation;
- Report after implementation (create appropriate documentation).
- Provide periodic meetings for department employees;
- Organize the training and adaptation process of new employees;
- Exercise other powers, based on the specifics of one’s work, in accordance with the goals and objectives of the organization, upon the instructions of the immediate supervisor, within the scope of competence.
Requirements:
- Higher education, in business administration/marketing (Master’s degree);
- 3 years of work experience in marketing and/or PR;
- 1 year of managerial experience is preferred;
- Microsoft Office (Word – good, Excel – good);
- European languages (Russian, English), B2 level.
