Main Duties:
- Producing sales to large corporate clients through direct sales and ensuring the implementation of a predetermined sales plan;
- Defining market segments, identifying trends and developing appropriate plans;
- Identifying VIP and strategic clients and conducting negotiations;
- Developing the existing portfolio, collecting and analyzing customer feedback;
- Conducting appropriate communication with VIP and strategic clients, full monitoring of the process;
- Ensuring high quality of service to clients, timely and complete exchange of information;
- Monitoring sales performance and determining the need for process improvement;
- Monitoring the competitive environment and planning appropriate actions;
- Processing tenders announced by the private and public sectors, in full compliance with the company’s rules and tender requirements;
- Initial risk analysis and close collaboration with the company’s underwriting department;
- Assigning and coordinating the implementation of relevant tasks to the VIP and strategic sales team;
- Analyze monthly sales data and prepare reports for management;
Requirements:
- Higher education (preferably in business administration or marketing)
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Fluent in English and Russian.
- Experience working with sales programs (CRM systems and others)
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
