Main Duties:

  • Producing sales to large corporate clients through direct sales and ensuring the implementation of a predetermined sales plan;
  • Defining market segments, identifying trends and developing appropriate plans;
  • Identifying VIP and strategic clients and conducting negotiations;
  • Developing the existing portfolio, collecting and analyzing customer feedback;
  • Conducting appropriate communication with VIP and strategic clients, full monitoring of the process;
  • Ensuring high quality of service to clients, timely and complete exchange of information;
  • Monitoring sales performance and determining the need for process improvement;
  • Monitoring the competitive environment and planning appropriate actions;
  • Processing tenders announced by the private and public sectors, in full compliance with the company’s rules and tender requirements;
  • Initial risk analysis and close collaboration with the company’s underwriting department;
  • Assigning and coordinating the implementation of relevant tasks to the VIP and strategic sales team;
  • Analyze monthly sales data and prepare reports for management;

Requirements:

  • Higher education (preferably in business administration or marketing)
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance sector.
  • Fluent in English and Russian.
  • Experience working with sales programs (CRM systems and others)
  • Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
