Main Duties:

Searching for new objects, conducting negotiations;
Monitoring team activities.
Constant analysis of team members’ activities and taking care of improving work processes.
Establishing/maintaining long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Taking care of promoting sales growth;
Conducting negotiations with existing and new objects, signing contracts;
Controlling the implementation of the plan;
Monitoring client debts;
Monitoring funds brought in and transferred by employees;
Reporting on the work performed;

Requirements:

Higher education;
At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position in distribution will be considered an advantage;
Knowledge of MS Office programs;
Knowledge of one foreign language at the communication level is desirable;
Own car;
