Main Duties:

  • Preparation, management and analysis of annual/quarterly marketing plans in accordance with the company’s marketing strategy;
  • Development of a brand development strategy and implementation – brand positioning, image enhancement and awareness growth using various communication channels;
  • Analysis of the competitive environment and identification of new opportunities for brand development;
  • In accordance with the company’s marketing needs, planning and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns together with relevant teams;
  • Conducting cross-functional cooperation – coordinating the marketing team, other company departments and external partners within the framework of common projects;
  • Analysis of the effectiveness of marketing activities/plans and reporting to the head of the department;

Qualification requirements:

  • You have a higher education in the field of marketing or business administration;
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in marketing;
  • You know the principles of marketing and social media;
  • You are a strategic thinker who intelligently combines creative ideas and data-driven analysis;
  • You manage both digital and traditional marketing activities;
  • You are detail-oriented and organized;
  • You actively use various marketing tools in the work process;
  • You know MS Office programs;
