Main Duties:
- Assessment of market potential and constant research of competitors;
- Together with the sales team, formation of a sales strategy and ensuring its implementation;
- Sales planning and analytics in the context of corporate sales, individual orders, branches and catering;
- Ensuring profitability / margin within the framework of pricing products and services;
- Conducting negotiations with large, strategic partners;
- Control of the work performed by subordinate employees, their effective management;
- Implementation of KPI and incentive systems in subordinate positions.
- Taking care of the motivation and qualification improvement of subordinate employees.
Qualification requirements:
- Higher education in business administration, marketing, finance or economics;
- At least 4 years of experience working in sales;
- At least 2 years of experience working in the food industry;
- Knowledge of English at B2 level;
- Knowledge of office programs (MC Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), Fina).
