Main Duties:

  • Assessment of market potential and constant research of competitors;
  • Together with the sales team, formation of a sales strategy and ensuring its implementation;
  • Sales planning and analytics in the context of corporate sales, individual orders, branches and catering;
  • Ensuring profitability / margin within the framework of pricing products and services;
  • Conducting negotiations with large, strategic partners;
  • Control of the work performed by subordinate employees, their effective management;
  • Implementation of KPI and incentive systems in subordinate positions.
  • Taking care of the motivation and qualification improvement of subordinate employees.

Qualification requirements:

  • Higher education in business administration, marketing, finance or economics;
  • At least 4 years of experience working in sales;
  • At least 2 years of experience working in the food industry;
  • Knowledge of English at B2 level;
  • Knowledge of office programs (MC Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), Fina).
