Main Duties:

  • Managing reporting and audit processes;
  • Developing and implementing the company’s financial strategy;
  • Preparing and monitoring the company’s budgets;
  • Bringing accounting policies in line with international standards;
  • Assessing and managing financial risks;
  • Analyzing profitability and ensuring long-term financial stability;
  • Ensuring effective management of financial resources;
  • Overseeing and analyzing daily financial operations;
  • Leading accounting software changes;
  • Managing the finance team and supporting their professional development;
  • Communicating and coordinating with other departments;
  • Ensuring compliance with tax, accounting and financial regulations

Requirements:

  • Higher education in finance, economics or business administration;
  • At least 8-10 years of work experience in the financial sector, banking, investments or financial reporting, preferably experience in the position of CFO;
  • Work experience in the areas of financial strategy development, budgeting, financial modeling and risk management is important
  • Knowledge of accounting programs, preferably 1C.
