Main Duties:
- Managing reporting and audit processes;
- Developing and implementing the company’s financial strategy;
- Preparing and monitoring the company’s budgets;
- Bringing accounting policies in line with international standards;
- Assessing and managing financial risks;
- Analyzing profitability and ensuring long-term financial stability;
- Ensuring effective management of financial resources;
- Overseeing and analyzing daily financial operations;
- Leading accounting software changes;
- Managing the finance team and supporting their professional development;
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments;
- Ensuring compliance with tax, accounting and financial regulations
Requirements:
- Higher education in finance, economics or business administration;
- At least 8-10 years of work experience in the financial sector, banking, investments or financial reporting, preferably experience in the position of CFO;
- Work experience in the areas of financial strategy development, budgeting, financial modeling and risk management is important
- Knowledge of accounting programs, preferably 1C.
