Main function-duties:

  • Together with management, developing the company’s strategy and managing their execution to ensure long-term success.
  • Ensuring smooth operation of the company’s technical department.
  • Close cooperation with other directors and departments, maintenance of internal processes of the company, introduction of procedures and constant optimization.
  • Consolidation of information about the resources owned by the company, analysis and correct planning in order to use them as effectively as possible.
  • Together with the members of the Board of Directors, planning the company’s annual budget, taking into account fixed and variable costs and monitoring performance. Determining the volumes of the minimum works to be contracted and taking care of the attraction. Budget control in subordinate structural units.
  • Taking care of attracting profitable projects for the company, increasing financial indicators and business development, presenting relevant initiatives to the board of directors and the supervisory board. Planning, implementation and control of specific actions based on the decisions made.
  • Assessment of the existing situation/opportunities in the company and submission of recommendations for the necessary changes for its development to the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board.
  • In coordination with the Finance Director, from the tender stage of the project to completion, full cycle analysis, budget approval and profitability monitoring.
  • Monitoring the proportionality of planned and actual executions in terms of projects. In case of difference, search for appropriate ways to eliminate. Permanent supply of information to the Board of Directors.
  • Development of new technologies and capabilities to gain a new competitive advantage in the market.
  • Discovering the company’s competitive advantages and developing a company strategy based on them to bring more benefits.
  • Permanent attention to reducing the company’s expenses
  • Ensuring the proper functioning of the quality control mechanism of the works performed by the company.
  • Effective management of subordinate structural units and their heads. Controlling the goals and work performance set for them, giving clear tasks and regular feedback, taking care of development, motivation and increasing productivity. Development/strengthening of middle ring management.
  • Close cooperation with other directors and departments in order to maintain the company’s internal processes and implement procedures.
  • Establishing strategic relationships with public and regulatory bodies.
  • Cooperation with the internal audit service.

Qualification requirements:·

  • Higher education (bachelor’s, master’s) in the field of engineering, business administration or management
  • 10 years of experience in engineering and technical direction
  • 7 years of experience working in a managerial position
  • Experience working in an energy company will be considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of the English language at a high level, Russian language – at the level of communication.
