Our program, Practice Based Recruitment Course, continues.
Students were actively involved in internships for one month and had the opportunity to participate in some very interesting interviews they were eager for with Etuna Zhvania (Head of HR, Archi).
Interviews were organized dynamically, and students were highly engaged. They learned what should and should not be in a resume and went through the entire selection process.
The final interview was completed with a group interview simulation, which was very interactive and increased their interest in this direction.
In parallel with the theoretical part, within 4 weeks, they received a practical test on the following topics:
Excel skills – formatting, adding columns and rows, filtering, sorting, hyperlinks, shortcuts
Database structuring – principles of data structuring, importance of structuring
Linkedin – search principles, search optimization, advanced filters, downloading information
Communication – initial communication and agreement with candidates in interviews
Outlook Features – marking interviews on the calendar, sending mail formats and content, forwarding resumes
Discussions – individual and group discussions on the results of discussions in candidate selection
Students’ final interview was followed by what they found most interesting in the second meeting:
Ana Melikishvili – “For me, the highlight was the group interview, as well as understanding how important it is to create a friendly atmosphere for candidates to feel comfortable and be involved in the process.”
Teo Gogochashvili – “I found the selection process structure interesting and how to create the right CV so as not to overlook the correct candidate.”
Tako Petriashvili – “I found the selection process structure interesting and how to create the right CV so as not to overlook the correct candidate.”
