Marika Svanishvili – “Lasha shared with us new approaches and visions, both about the role of HR in organizations and in the direction of recruitment. He showed us ways to develop effective recruitment and how important step-by-step analysis is. In general, the course helped me a lot in analyzing the role of HR and clarifying the recruitment process.”
Tako Petriashvili – “The lecture was quite informative, we talked about diversity in the organization. We shared the opinion that it is important for the organization to be receptive to different people who bring “new blood”. It also helps the company to be interesting in the market for both customers and employees.
Practice Based Recruitment Course showed me the importance of HR in the organization and made me want to better learn all its directions. I am grateful for this experience, which I am sure will be very useful in my career path.”
Ana Melikishvili – “Lasha’s lecture was outstanding, because it was very interesting to work on statistics. In my opinion, the formulas that he shared with us are very necessary in our daily life, and the platforms where we can expand our knowledge will help us to develop our career quickly in the future.
As for the course in general, it showed me that HR is exactly the right field where I want to continue working and I’m going in the right direction. The practical part is very necessary and useful, you learn a lot beyond the selection. Work culture, you acquire technical skills, you learn how to interact with people, you are in the role of an interviewer and you see all the inaccuracies that should be considered during the meeting. In conclusion, I am very satisfied that I got into this course and got this kind of experience.”
During the course, students were actively involved in all stages of the recruitment of different level positions:
- Sourcing candidates through various channels;
- Determining accordance with the job description;
- Organization and processing data;
- Communication with the candidates;
- Interview process;
- Working on Job Offer;
- Returning feedback.
During the past four months, students gained both theoretical knowledge about the role of HR in the organization in general, as well as detailed information about the recruitment process, and most importantly – passed the distinctive part of our course – practice in a real working environment.
