On September 3rd, the third stream of the HR Management and Recruitment Practice Course started. During these 2 months, students listened to lectures about the role of HR, selection, IT & Tech selection and administration directions, and in practice, they went through the following stages:
– Get acquainted with the job description and position requirements
– Planned the selection process
– Candidates corresponding to the request were searched
– Planned and attended the interviews
– They got acquainted with the principles of evaluation of candidates
