“The most important part was that we had the obligation to put the topics covered into practice, and then we discussed the results with our mentor and other group members. We had the opportunity to identify the mistakes we made and analyze them from the perspective of both our mentor and other students participating in the training. This really helped me see the big picture, and at a very important turning point for my company.”

“The work of the lecturers was very productive. Their comments were seen from a side that I had not previously understood and helped me a lot in my work process.”

“Thank you to the lecturers for sharing interesting experiences and knowledge. The meetings were very comprehensive, interesting and informative. Each lecturer has an amazingly good presentation skills, is a professional in their field and is constantly ready to discuss various issues in more depth and share advice.”

“I think practice is the most important part of this course. Because in parallel with studying the theory, I gained very valuable experience. With the help and involvement of the lecturers, I fully implemented an assessment and development system for one of the directions of my company. In addition, I developed a plan for further steps and now I am independently pursuing the goal set – to introduce a proper performance management system in the organization.”
