Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full cycle of hotel operations;
  • Responsibility for the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service quality;
  • General planning, control and optimization of revenues;
  • Collaboration with sales, marketing and business development teams;
  • Management of relations with partner agencies, tour operators and the MICE segment;
  • Human resources management: recruitment, training, motivation and evaluation;
  • Hotel technical condition, safety and quality control;
  • Management of relations with the general community, government bodies and industry associations;
  • Development of strategic plans, operational KPIs and accountability for their implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Higher education in Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field;
  • MBA or specialized Hospitality certificates will be considered an advantage;
  • 7 years of experience in the hotel industry, the last 3 years in a leadership position (GM, Deputy GM);
  • Completed: 4 or 5 star hotel management program;
  • Good knowledge of analysis and report management;
  • Experience working on e-platforms;
  • Knowledge of Georgian, English and Russian language features
