Main function-duties:

  • Participation in the annual strategic marketing planning process;
  • Developing a marketing concept for the development of new services and products, defining a strategy and ensuring effective delivery to the customer;
  • Participation in planning and implementation of marketing campaigns;
  • Effective management of budget allocated for projects;
  • Continuous monitoring of current market, industry and consumer behavior trends, timely initiation/management of relevant recommendations and projects;
  • Participation in the preparation of marketing materials, their control and management, communication with the network;
  • Periodic visit and monitoring of facilities (Tbilisi and regions). Periodic description and management of internal and external physical advertising materials (banners, lightboxes, promo
  • Spots and others) available at the company’s facilities;
  • Communication with partner organizations and advertising companies in order to plan further marketing activities;
  • Communicating with the designer about ongoing tasks and ensuring compliance with visual information;
  • Coordination of digital channels management, content creation and advertising process;
  • Responsibility for brand presence and visibility at events organized or supported by the company;
  • Preparation of reports on completed and planned marketing activities/works and evaluation of effectiveness;
  • Assisting other departments in ongoing tasks.

Qualification requirements:

  • Higher education in business administration/marketing;
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position is necessary;
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
