Main Duties:
- Onboarding new employees, theoretical training of products and processes, planning practical training
- Monitoring
- Monitoring the work process of subordinate employees, (periodic on-site visits to facilities to ensure compliance with work standards)
- Assisting in troubleshooting if necessary
- Care for employee qualifications and improving their results
- Identifying faulty devices, investigating the issue (including visits to the address), finding solutions, monitoring performance
- Communicating with Internet service providers to ensure uninterrupted Internet connection for Sitcom devices
- Controlling the planning and execution of their device installation
- Controlling warehouse stocks, ordering necessary supplies, communicating and negotiating with suppliers, finding new suppliers and/or components if necessary
- Warehouse inventory
- Products from the warehouse Issuance/Accounting; Purchase/Monitoring of work tools for technicians Monitoring/Maintenance of company-owned vehicles Production/Submission of weekly, monthly, quarterly reports
Requirements:
- Team management experience
- Knowledge of English
- 4+ years of experience in technical work, of which 1+ in a managerial position. Experience in security systems will be considered a priority
- Experience in communication, negotiations and sourcing of parts (electrical components, door locking systems) with international (preferably Chinese) manufacturers
- Experience in logistics (storage of parts, tool materials and inventory control)
