Main Duties:

  • Management and monitoring of the operational and trading processes of the retail facility;
  • Ensuring sales growth and participation in marketing activities if necessary;
  • Coordinated cooperation and effective communication with the sales department;
  • Team management;
  • Planning and control of work processes;
  • Drawing up schedules and vacations;
  • Initiating evaluation and development processes;
  • Compliance with service standards and performance control;
  • Monitoring product placement and merchandising in the showroom;
  • Control of cash transactions;
  • Management of product inventories and monitoring the receiving process;
  • Organization and management of planned promotions;
  • Management of the planned inventory process of products;
  • Timely resolution of problematic issues, both with employees and customers;
  • Compliance with cleanliness and sanitary-hygienic norms in the retail facility;
  • Analysis of the work performed and reporting to management;
  • Preparation of daily reports;
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the manager in accordance with his/her competence.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position in a branded store chain or in the field of high-standard services. (“Luxury” brands)
  • Knowledge of Russian and/or English (C1 level and above);
  • Knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
  • Knowledge of the FINA program (preferred)
