The second part of the HR Management and Recruiting Practices course was devoted to the direction of selection, including IT and Tech selection.
Students went through the following stages in practice:
- Familiarize yourself with the job description and requirements
- They planned the selection process
- Candidates matching the requirements were searched
- They planned and attended the interviews
- They got acquainted with the principles of evaluation of candidates
In the theoretical part, the following issues were covered: assessment methods, organizational learning and the importance of motivational systems.
I share with you the students’ feedback at the end of the second part of the course:
“The material covered was quite extensive and exhaustive. In addition, the amount of material is well distributed, as a result of which it is possible to master a specific chapter during the week.”
“The material is quite interesting and I think it will help me to develop.”
“To be honest, I thought the practical part would be simulated and it was a bit of a surprise for me to go through it all in reality, but I have to say that I gained a lot of experience and knowledge.”
“The practical part taught me a lot, it helps me to be more confident. I also learned a lot about professional ethics, how to talk to people, what questions to ask in what form, etc.”
“Almost everything I’ve learned is new, except for the psychology stuff. Maybe that’s why it’s so interesting to me, because I’m getting so much new information.”
