The course “HR Management in Practice” has started. Within the framework of the program, participants will gradually get acquainted with the full HR cycle from the selection process, to administration and labor relations management, to evaluation and development systems. The course combines both theoretical foundations and practical tools that are used in the real work process.

During the training process, special attention is paid to working with data – using Excel and Google Sheets. Participants work on functions, data processing and interpretation, which helps them effectively manage HR processes.

The program also covers the full selection process – from job analysis and candidate profile creation, to conducting an interview and making a final decision. In parallel, modern approaches are discussed, including Tech recruiting and the impact of digital transformation on HR processes.

A significant part of the course is devoted to HR administration and labor law – document management, labor relations administration, as well as the correct organization of employee-related processes.

Participants will also learn about assessment and development systems — KPI, MBO, OKR models, 180° and 360° assessment tools, talent identification approaches (9 Grid Box) and creating personal development plans (PDP).

During the course, participants work on real cases, analyze various HR processes and acquire the skills necessary in a modern work environment — including providing feedback, managing motivation and planning organizational learning.

Students have the opportunity to undergo practice in the direction of interest to them in the following areas:

– Administration
-Strategic HR
-Payroll
-Recruiting

During practical meetings, students prepare their own models, work on various tasks and learn to structure processes, which is one of the important parts of the HR function.

Upon completion of the course, participants will have not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical skills and tools that will help them in their daily work processes.
