Functions and responsibilities:

  • Negotiations with suppliers and agreement on commercial terms;
  • Search for new suppliers / products both internationally (at exhibitions) and in the local market and selection of optimal partners;
  • Constant updating and development of the supplier base;
  • Planning the procurement budget by year and month;
  • Planning, management and control of the full procurement cycle;
  • Organizing transportation of purchases and controlling deadlines;
  • Cooperation with logistics companies;
  • Production of documentation required for import;
  • Determining pricing policy and market research;
  • Determining the selling price of products and controlling margins;
  • Reflecting the product assortment in the program and managing it;
  • Determining individual assortment by branches and supplying new products;
  • Regular analysis of balances and assortment;
  • Sales analysis by categories;
  • Management of expired and short-lived products;

Qualification Requirments:

  • Higher education in finance or general management;
  • Work experience in the position of procurement manager for at least 2 years;
  • High level of proficiency in office programs;
  • English language knowledge at B2 level;
