Main functions and responsibilities

  • Planning and implementation control of the company’s financial strategy and policy
  • Preparing the budget in accordance with the strategy, its presentation to the management and analysis of deviations
  • Comprehensive analysis of the financial position taking into account current and planned projects
  • Effective management and control of cash flows (Cash Flow)
  • Management and analytics of the financial reporting system
  • Optimization of financial resources and effective management of costs
  • Ensuring compliance of financial operations with applicable legislation
  • Preparation of annual consolidated financial statements (in accordance with IFRS standards)
  • Development of accounting policies and development of relevant procedures
  • Planning the financial year-end closing process and implementation control
  • Cooperation with external audit and ensuring implementation of recommendations
  • Negotiations with financial institutions, investors and partners
  • Active participation in the company’s strategic decision-making
  • Regular reporting to management

Qualification Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a CFO
  • In-depth knowledge of Georgian tax legislation
  • Practical knowledge of IFRS standards
  • Knowledge of English and Russian
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Analytical thinking and strategic vision
