After the practical course on team management, the flow has already begun

In this program, participants will gradually go through issues that are actually determined by the work of a manager —
understand the essence of management, learn how to build team structures and how to connect processes with business goals.

During the course, they will work on the example of their own team —
learn to identify problems, analyze processes and solve various frameworks.

Special attention will be paid to such skills as:
Communication, delegation, motivation, thinking and emotional intelligence —
among which the effectiveness of a manager is most determined.

In parallel, participants will work on development management — KPIs, feedback and personal development plans, which they can use not only to manage their own, but also team development.

The course is based on practice — tasks, cases and work in a real environment are involved, selected to be transferred to another work environment.
