Within the framework of the program, the participants thoroughly went through the full Payroll cycle — from incoming documentation to final settlement. They studied the structuring of salary components, the calculation of taxes and social contributions, the management of vacation and sick pay, as well as the impact of labor and tax legislation on Payroll processes.
During the course, the participants created a Payroll file based on automatic calculations in Excel, used basic formulas (IF, ROUND, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTable), processed complex cases — contractors, partial rates, final settlements — and prepared reports for management and audit purposes.
The acquired practical knowledge and tools allowed the graduates It gave them the opportunity to independently manage Payroll processes and effectively implement structured and automated approaches.
