The second cohort of Strategic HR – Performance Management has been successfully completed!
The goal of the course is for participants to apply the acquired knowledge in a real work environment.
To improve a selected department, participants:
- Formulated clear and measurable SMART goals aimed at increasing effectiveness in real work processes and ensuring results-oriented performance.

Developed KPIs tailored to the department’s needs, ensuring objective performance evaluation and alignment with strategic goals.

Evaluated team members, analyzed the obtained results, and identified both strengths and areas for development.

Practically applied constructive feedback techniques and conducted individual and group meetings, which contributed to strengthening effective communication and increasing employee motivation.

Developed Personal Development Plans (PDP) for specific employees, supporting their professional and career advancement.

Assessed the level of employee engagement and satisfaction, analyzed the collected data, and developed initiatives aimed at increasing engagement and motivation.
